Return & Refund Policy

Because most IRONNEST System window covers are custom-made to customer measurements, our return policy differs from standard retail products.

Returns — Standard (Non-Custom) Items

For any non-custom, standard-size accessories, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • item must be unused

  • in original packaging

  • not installed

  • in resellable condition

  • proof of purchase required

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


❗ Custom-Made Window Covers (Important)

Products built to customer-provided measurements are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

This includes:

  • made-to-measure frames

  • custom sizes

  • special configurations

  • painted or coated frames

  • reinforced or upgraded models

Customers are responsible for providing correct measurements. We are available to assist with measurement guidance before ordering.


Damages or Shipping Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • damaged in transit

  • defective

  • incorrect model

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • photos

  • packaging photos

  • description of issue

We will evaluate and provide repair, replacement, or resolution where appropriate.


Exchanges

Because most products are custom-built, exchanges are generally not available.
Please confirm measurements before ordering.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved (for eligible non-custom items), it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.


Order Cancellation

Custom orders may be canceled only before production begins.
Once fabrication starts, the order cannot be canceled.
