TERMS OF SERVICE — IRONNEST SYSTEM™

Welcome to IRONNEST SYSTEM™. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to IRONNEST SYSTEM™. We operate this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”) to provide customers with custom window cover systems and related products. Our store is powered by Shopify.

By visiting or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT

You must be at least the age of majority in your state to use this store. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS & PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

We make every effort to display products accurately. However:

  • colors may vary by screen

  • finishes may vary slightly

  • fabricated parts may show minor production differences

  • dimensions depend on customer-provided measurements

Product specifications may change without notice.

SECTION 3 — CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS (IMPORTANT)

Most IRONNEST SYSTEM™ products are custom-built to customer measurements.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge:

  • you are responsible for measurement accuracy

  • we provide guidance but do not verify measurements unless a paid measurement visit is scheduled

  • once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled

  • custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable except for verified manufacturing defects

SECTION 4 — ORDERS

Orders are offers to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. Orders are accepted only after payment is processed.

We may cancel or modify orders due to:

  • pricing errors

  • specification conflicts

  • shipping limitations

  • suspected fraud

Customers will be notified if this occurs.

SECTION 5 — PRICING & PAYMENTS

Prices may change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes or shipping unless stated.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize charges.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

Delivery times are estimates only. Carrier delays are outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed to the carrier.

Customers must inspect deliveries and report damage within 48 hours with photos.

SECTION 7 — INSTALLATION & USE DISCLAIMER

Customer is responsible for:

  • proper installation

  • secure mounting

  • compliance with local building codes

We are not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or extreme conditions beyond product design limits.

SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

IRONNEST SYSTEM™, product designs, branding, images, and content are protected intellectual property. No reproduction or reuse without written permission.

SECTION 9 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & SHOPIFY

Our store runs on Shopify. All purchases are made with IRONNEST SYSTEM™, not Shopify. Shopify is not liable for product performance or transactions.

SECTION 10 — PRIVACY

Use of Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Shopify may also process customer data to operate the platform.

SECTION 11 — FEEDBACK

Any feedback or suggestions you submit may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

SECTION 12 — ERRORS

We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders.

SECTION 13 — PROHIBITED USE

You may not misuse the site, attempt fraud, scrape data, transmit malware, or violate laws.

SECTION 14 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties except where prohibited by law.

SECTION 15 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, IRONNEST SYSTEM™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including property damage, lost profits, or installation errors.

SECTION 16 — INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify IRONNEST SYSTEM™ from claims resulting from misuse, improper installation, or violation of these Terms.

SECTION 17 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

SECTION 18 — CHANGES

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
