Shipping Policy

IRONNEST System products are primarily custom-built to customer measurements. Because of this, processing and shipping times differ from standard retail items.


Order Processing Time

Most orders are built to order.

Typical production time:

  • Custom window covers: 5–12 business days

  • Standard accessories (if available): 2–4 business days

Production begins after:

  • measurements are confirmed

  • order is paid or deposit received

  • specifications are approved


Shipping Methods

We ship using major carriers such as:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS (smaller items only)

Carrier is selected based on package size, weight, and destination.

Tracking information is provided once the order ships.


Delivery Time (After Shipment)

Estimated transit times:

  • Northeast / East Coast: 1–4 business days

  • Midwest: 3–5 business days

  • West Coast: 5–8 business days

These are carrier estimates — not guarantees.


Large or Heavy Items

Oversized or heavy frame systems may ship as:

  • oversized parcels

  • multi-package shipments

  • special handling delivery

Additional handling time may apply.


Local Delivery & Installation (If Offered)

For customers within our service area, we may offer:

  • local delivery

  • scheduled installation

  • measurement visits

These are arranged by appointment only.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted based on:

  • size

  • weight

  • destination

  • packaging requirements

Custom freight quotes may be required for large orders.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

2️⃣ Keep all packaging
3️⃣ Contact us within 48 hours

Claims reported late may not be eligible for carrier coverage.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • carriers

  • weather conditions

  • holidays

  • supply chain issues

  • force majeure events
